Maria rug plays with a mélange yarn in baby alpaca, hand-woven, whose irregularities compose a pattern that is never repeated. This technique requires accepting, then elevating, the yarn’s randomness rather than correcting it. A beauty that seeks not perfection, but the truth of the gesture, true to our conviction that assumed restraint outweighs decorative excess.
