Fur pillow

A timeless piece from our collection, our pillow covers are made from 100% natural, undyed fur. As such, they reveal a unique appearance in terms of color variations and physical qualities. Consequently, they bear the unmistakable hallmark of premium products. Furthermore, like a promise of suspended time and cocooning, these covers will be an exceptional decorative element. The fur used is sourced from alpaca herds living between 4,500 and 5,400 meters altitude. In this tropical climate at high altitude, temperatures vary dramatically. Specifically, they range between 25°C during the day and -30°C at night throughout the year.
Additionally, the rainy season occurs from January to March, bringing harsh conditions.

The combination of these extreme temperatures and high humidity during this period is fatal for some alpacas. Therefore, together with our partner breeders, we have decided to valorize this loss. For them, it represents both a sentimental and financial burden. To address this, we connect them with the country’s finest furriers to transform these furs. As a result, our range of 100% natural fur products is born from this process. Moreover, the small differences and nuances in color and fiber length also result from this choice of 100% natural materials.
